Do I have to be ready to buy to reach out?
No. Some of my best clients first messaged me 6 to 12 months before they moved. Earlier is actually better. It gives us time to watch the right neighborhoods and time your move around the market, not against it.
How does pre-approval work in North Carolina?
You'll talk to a lender (I can introduce you to local ones who actually pick up the phone), share basic financials, and get a letter that tells sellers you're real. It's usually free, takes a few days, and is required before we can write an offer.
What's the Hickory market doing right now?
