Brenna was great every step of the way. She clearly laid out expectations for both sides, and had us hit the ground running at the time of listing. We moved out of state, and when unexpected repairs came up, she helped coordinate the repairs at a reasonable expense. She was responsive and helpful from the time we first contacted her all the way until the final sale contract was signed and our money had been transferred to us. She made a stressful, short notice out of state move a lot less stressful for us. We highly recommend Brenna.

Brenna was great! She went above and beyond every step of the way. I work with all sorts of vendors and Brenna was one of the few that actually impressed me. If you want actual GREAT service (which seems to be so hard to find anymore), definitely work with her!

The process with Brenna amazing. Every time we looked at a new place she asked what we liked and didn’t like so she could take those into account on the next house. She shared the pros and cons of each place so we really felt like we understood what we’d be getting into and answered the many questions we had as first time homebuyers and even ones we didn’t think to ask. On top of that, when we found our new home, she got the price dropped, seller concessions, and got the seller to make all the big repairs needed before closing.

Brenna is the best. She was kind, pleasant, patient, very professional, calm, handling my mother's estate. She responded quickly to our phone calls, e-mail, text, & e-mails.
